Sorry this is a day late, but I came up with this strip after starting the original idea. This was better.

This week’s Comic of the Week is Chirault, by Verathane. It’s a well crafted fantasy comic about a Mage-heavy city seeking to expand into new territory, but faces the tough task of breaking magical wards keeping them out. Their best plan has unintended results that could threaten the safety of their world. It’s also the story of people living outside the walls of Chirault – demons, demon hunters, and average folks who get caught up in the power struggles. It’s also a rare comic, finished with excellent marker work. Give it a shot.
