I would say that now no university is going to accept her, but any place dumb enough to turn down someone who invented AI when they were 12 doesn’t deserve them. Speaking of AI, I wonder if Horace and Boris had anything to do with this?

Well, he can always try to play it as a supervillain scheme gone wrong.
not sure what she needs to go to school for, except possibly the social training. She clearly can learn all the years of curriculum at her school during a lunch break.

Not sure if “social training” is even a good reason; schools aren’t actually the greatest place for that, either, as usually, you have a bunch of kids segregated by age. In the real world, you’ll have to interact with people both older and younger than you, and on a frequent basis. I suspect Claw has some reason that either has gone unsaid (or has been forgotten by me XP) for wanting his kids in these schools. These are public schools, right? Oh, and of course the real reason is just that this is golden for a comic strip; the kids of a supervillain in the local public school system. XD

I suspect Claw’s(And Mrs. Claw’s!) reason from sending his kids to a public school is to let them live as normal a life as possible. It’s true that kids are segregated by age but otherwise they do come from more diverse backgrounds then is likely to be the case otherwise.

Claw shoulda taken the advice of all the previous commeters earlier and just duplicated top-level gear instead of gold. That stuff will take way longer to lose it’s value and you can use it to ensure future robberies are successful for increased revenue! Or, ya know… get Kaley to invent something marketable? Brain like that, she could make a killing. Just point her to a patent office.

If this was an RPG, it would be about game balance. As a story, it might be to restore the status quo. Besides copying top level gear, just simply diversifying what was being copied, including vast amounts of staples (dietary, construction, etc.) that Claw would need would also have been an option. Ya know, as we are revisiting the notion, I wonder if anyone will come looking for all that missing gold. We avoided the dilemma of Claw creating and then destroying an alternate reality just to harvest a gold bar… but since he didn’t do this with some unowned source of gold, what if the original owners of each respective bar comes looking for it. In fact, given how he did it… should there be a bunch of alternate reality versions of Claw mad some guy just stole a gold bar they had inexplicably lying around in the lab?

I’d suggest “homeschooling” (although I have yet to see a henchman who would be up to the challenge) and/or tutors (Claw can afford the best minds to come and teach any subject – and it would probably cost significantly less than replacing/repairing the schools). That said, it would likely take a very special teacher to manage Joey. 🙂 And as for social skills. Find their interests, and go from there for extracurriculars.

My schools were never this much fun. Sigh.

I blame the lack of supervillains children enrolled.

What he could do is build the components from scratch. Like Rick from Rick and Morty did during that purge episode.
