I guess Claw’s family instincts aren’t as strong as I thought! @_@

Remember, he wouldn’t expect Kaley to be that old. The Kaley of this time period is supposed to be a teenager. Not to mention that given the original event with Alternate Claw is one of the things that drove Diane to leave the first time, Alternate Claw’s Kaley probably never became a super-genius. So he would literally never expect his daughter to be an adult in a Power Armor.

As I recall, Alternate Claw doesn’t connect Anna with Kaley at all. His & Alternate Diane’s reaction was along the lines of “these versions of us had other kids that we never had”. I guess the henchmen who briefed them didn’t know the truth, only the cover story. He may feel somewhat paternal towards this-world versions of Kaley and Kyle whom he ‘knows’ (though we don’t know at what age the Alternate Claws lost their kids), but not the ‘stranger’ Anna.
Actually, I wonder what else was different in their world. Anna took her pseudonym in honour of one of her grandmothers, so it’s a little strange that Alternate Claw can’t get her name right – unless the mother had a different name, or perhaps their relationship had been different as well.

I’m disappointed in other dimension Claw. Such a murderous man. But ugh, he’s so badass right now. This is a GREAT finale.

The correct answer is: “As if I would tell you.”
BTW, they are going to miss *all* the field days, aren’t they? Unless someone remembers why they’d started this mess in the first place.

I’m just wondering why one would bother wearing the outfit if they are just gonna walk around in regular clothes anyways!

i don’t remember claw ever putting the helmet on. is it possible it only works when you are also wearing the belt? they maybe have to sync up or something?

Well originally it had a demon in it. But it’s pretty vague what happened to it after Gul’jagen showed up. I’d just assumed it was merged into his fiery head.

Actually what I’m seeing is a possible way for the demon… I forget his name, Siri’s brother, to actually redem himself/fulfill the bonds and be free from Claw.

Gul’jagen is not bound to bizarro Claw and, in close proximity, can probably sense that to be so.
