So, yes, this storyline is happening. There has actually been a decent amount of speculation regarding the former Mrs. Claw, and now is the time to do it. I can assure my audience that Supervillainous will not be making a seismic shift into drama “because emotions”. It will address a few heavier things soon, but it will still deliver what you’ve all come to expect.
Got a new Comic of the Week. This time, it’s Lapse, by Alyssa Alecci. This is one I’ve genuinely enjoyed. It’s got great art, smooth, moody colors, and an entertaining story about a young woman trapped between life and death. Give it a try.
Oh, and one other note. Supervillainous was reviewed and recommended over at Ideal Comics. They also interviewed me for that article, so I wanted to send some press back their way!

Good friends will do whatever they can to talk a friend out stupid things. A real good friend will go the extra mile and tie a friend up and strip them down and pay for the dry cleaning.

Except…don’t his powers come from his belt? Meaning just taking OFF said belt should remove his powers, correct? Well, beyond being soul-bound to an immortal magical entity driven to prove its loyalty so it can kill him.

Claw: “Why did it even need cleaning?”
Meat: “Boss… sometimes being hit in the head suddenly causes certain muscles in the body to spasm. Did you notice that I said ‘pissed’ twice?”
Claw: “Got it. Appreciate both the clean suit and the subtlety.”
