In fairness, Captain Ultimo *did* specify that they have 6 months so there should be plenty of time for Claw to have his one week retreat and still get down to work. And it’s not as though time to think about the problem at leisure away from the day to day routine is necessarily a bad thing to have. ^_^

Wait… He has a machine that possibly murders entire universes to make unlimited gold……. And an un-refundable deposit is more important than alien apocalypse? Those fiends at the Sandals resort are the real villians.
