In fairness, if I saw an enemy intruder right behind me I too would assume that her head could be relied upon to provide a solid barrier between my fist and the wall. The fact that 9999 times out of 10,000 this would be a correct assumption would do little to prevent me to act upon it first and regret it later. @_@

Meh. “to prevent me to act upon it first and regret it later” should read “from acting upon it first and regretting it later”. >_<

Don’t be t o hard on yourself man. Most barbarians aren’t even literate. It costs a whopping 2 skill points that’s much better spent on Spot or Listen.

Reminds me why I prefer GURPS; you’re fluent and literate in your native language by default. If your character concept calls for being illiterate, you build your character that way, but you’ll receive Character Points back for your trouble. 😉 Anyway, yeah, if anything this guy just wasn’t the “full package”; great reflexes, can effectively punch someone in the face under normal circumstances, not observant enough to notice she was phased through a wall and/or smart enough to realize that probably means she’s entirely intangible at this point.

Also, apologies for getting so far off-topic and into a nerd rant. >.> Especially as your comment was a good joke, Wickedragon. Which I got before making my previous comment, which means I just need to chill. >_<

I feel like these guys should have more effective defenses if they took over a country so easily.

Remember, they did that peacefully, thus missing out on several worthwhile learning experiences.
