A good villain knows not to pry in the affairs of his best people.

They don’t cure you if you’ve contracted alien spores. They just film your death because for some reason it’s oddly hilarious.

Hey man, if you’re going to ask Meat why he’s covered in blood all the time, you’re going to be talking to Meat a lot more than is healthy.

Plus it would probably annoy Meat and you’d end up contributing to his bloody clothes collection.

The writing about the drug test is awesome. Get urine tested by Thursday or you might be consmed by alien spores.

Still trying to figure out if the background announcement is just a throw away gag or if it is explaining why Meat, who seems rather proficient at beating people up, when faced with the likes of Tri-Brain, would faint upon returning home afterwards. I suppose it could just be his combination date/foiled assassination attempt meant he used the last of his energy on said beating and returning home but he does live in such an interesting world. 😉

Not sure I understand. Fainted? I didn’t see that O.o

Once I looked at it again I could see why you thought Meat was on the edge of fainting. That really is the noise someone might make if they were about to pass out. But in this case I would say that the drawn out “Ugh” is Meat’s real reaction of disgust to the way that his date went and a match for Claw’s “Meh” in describing how his marriage counseling session went. Not like we can blame Meat for describing the vacation that way – How would you feel if the cute chick you met and liked turned out to be someone trying to kill you *and* also turned out to be someone who would rat out her client for money? Yeah, it was a lot of money but still…^_^;

To be fair to her, she is for hire in the first place. And I am not sure Tri-Brain was paying her well. You don’t compromise your principles usually if you feel your client is treating you well. I think she was just looking for a reason to switch sides and Meat gave her ample reasons to do so. She gets along with him, he can pay her well and give her regular work!
As for Meat I think having his vacation interrupted by a fool too cowardly to do the deed himself is reason enough for him to decide he might as well just get back to work. Killed his buzz, ya know?

Now I have an answer to what Meat punches on his vacations. Foolish wannabe mastermind type villains.

looks like tri-brain got his well earned beat down
