Sorry this one is late. I’ve got a pair of new puppies at home and the boy has his neuter surgery this past week. It’s taken a lot of time to keep them both quiet and calm so he can heal.

No worries, Zappit. It’s a free-to-read webcomic. If you need more time, you get to take more time. 🙂 Being on topic isn’t my style, so let me add that I do appreciate “Hivemind” actually making a great choice! Including the brain of a telekinetic so that he too gains that superpower.
It’d be funny if Hivemind added a brain for a seemingly mental/brain-based superpower, only to find out the power itself was native to the soul, mystical talisman, cybernetics, etc. that he failed to take along with the brain. Even funnier if the brain came with something he didn’t want. Not something structural, but like a pattern of thinking e.g. Hivemind now gets distracted by trains, because Brain #314 loves Hostess Pies that much!

Speaking of brains being distracted… I originally was going to suggest being distracted by trains, because of an employee a coworker remembered years after the dude was fired. The store was located near train tracks, and anytime this dude heard a train coming, he’d stop what he was doing to go look at the train.
But then I wanted to be funny with the number. So I went for the first three digits of pi, and that reminded me how Marvel Comics once did a series of adds for Hostess Pies. They were like half or full page ads that were a mini-comic adventure, somehow involving Hostess Pies.
Leading me to change halfway through, and my laziness kicked in, so I didn’t re-read my entire comment to look for errors. Even after having messed up under the last comic. So I only noticed I still said “train” after I posted it. XP
