Well, those Toy Manufacturers (and the Voice Actor) are dead, they really should have gone the neutral route with those toy i.e. “Those Aliens will NOT get past me”. On the bright side though at least they can be certain that Claw won’t do anything TOO inhumane to them before they die.

…I don’t think the Serious Retaliation Planning Room is where the humane options are on the table, short of “At least the low level employees didn’t suffer.” The Petty Retaliation Planning room is reserved for the “We’ll destroy this guy’s car every villain convention we go to. That will really get his goat.”

I meant he isn’t going to do something like rape them then blow their brains out while forcing their families to watch
By Ladon Fri Sep 16th 2016 at 3:14 am
Well, yeah. This is a pretty PG comic and he is a family man after all. He’ll probably just ruthlessly drive them out of business. With explosives.

Yep

Of course Claw wouldn’t rape anyone! He loves his wife and wouldn’t willingly do anything that would chase her away.
Now, linking all of the Matpro executives (and possibly employees) up to the mind control device we’ve previously seen (the one that looks like a Video Game Controller) and paying Real-Life-Fighting-Games with them, until they beat each other to death, THAT’S something I can see happening.
By Gianluca Burdon Fri Sep 16th 2016 at 11:21 am
Ehh, I can see that happening. Still more humane than the raping though

He has a wife I’ve never seen her

0 to 100 real quick.

For any non-supers, you could make a case that death by plasma cannon is humane. After all, any suffering is going to be very brief…

Yeah, definitely should have saved that Captain Ultimo thing for the post-apocalyptic future, toy guys. What I don’t get is, as I said, Claw has had six darn MONTHS. Has he done NOTHING noticeably evil enough for people to stop thinking he’s a good guy? That doesn’t sound like the Claw I know!

Eh, if I had stopped an invasion of the Earth I’d be inclined to kick back and relax for few months as well. And public admiration is probably a lot more fun then public loathing. Don’t forget we still don’t really know his motivation for continuing to be a supervillain. Can’t be the money. We know he can get as much as he could want without doing crime anymore. Can’t be to take over the world. He’s just turned down a free shot at some serious political power that would have been a nice stepping stone towards that goal. So it has to be something else and I don’t doubt we’ll learn what it is over time. ^_^

We know most, if not all of the important bits, of Claw’s backstory. He became a Super Villain because, basically, he hates what the world’s like. His family got scammed and he realized that the world takes from people and refuses to give back. So he decided to be the one who does the taking. He refuses to work for the Government because, quite honestly, he not only hates them, but also doesn’t trust them. He had to get back to the job of being a Super Villain quickly because, quite honestly, that news report DESTROYED his reputation, and he needs to rebuild it, QUICKLY. Personally, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this toy line’s a plan made by someone for one of two possible reasons:
1. They want to kick the Claw when he’s down/do more damage to his reputation.
2. They want to HELP the Claw rebuild his reputation by giving him a gigantic target in the shape of a toy factory.
Additionally, if they didn’t include the vocals, the Toy Factory would have been on Claw’s “Don’t Destroy At The Moment” List.

Y’know, I’d’ve expected better research and consultation from a major toy company before making such an action figure then that. Are we sure that this particular doll isn’t a plant by their bitter rival Hastell as a way of putting Matpro out of the picture? o_O
By CyborgJesus Fri Sep 16th 2016 at 11:05 am
Okay The lines are bad but I’m sure if he Destroys all the ones shipping out and makes them record his voice saying things like. “OHMIGOD I forgot to tell you about joey” and “I mostly just remember the part with all those swat guys.” or even “They will know our rage! They will know our power! And they will learn to fear humanity!” It would probably sell better.(Cause Claw won’t have to kill every company employee, their family, and their pets.)

Huh, I’m seeing Ultimo’s prank plan in this
By Mp120553 Fri Sep 16th 2016 at 10:56 pm
So will we ever see the Action Faction again.
By Zappit Sat Sep 17th 2016 at 4:33 am
Not with that original line-up, I’m afraid.
By Gianluca Burdon Sat Sep 17th 2016 at 6:24 am
So who is leaving/getting replace/being kicked out?
By Darius Drake Sun Sep 18th 2016 at 3:14 am
Well, the Actioneer, obviously, has been kicked out. Morf might be invited back, depending on potential powers. Wi-Fu would likely be relegated to a non-combat support position. Goofather will have to learn a new Combat Form. If Focus is kicked out, it’ll likely be because he, after being refused permission to, went and helped in emergency-rescue situations. Basically, anyone can leave, and Zappit might get more submissions for people joining.
By Ladon Sun Sep 18th 2016 at 4:43 am
But of course, Blaze would stay, right? There’s no reason to ever boot THAT guy off a superhero team
By Gianluca Burdon Sun Sep 18th 2016 at 8:15 am
I doubt GooFather needs a new combat form, considering that one of its purposes is to be intimidating, in light of what happened he might create a Rescue Form though

Ooh, I know something really evil he could hit them with: Lawyers! They’re totally violating his trademark!
