That is because you’ve never had to work as a secretary. I think that is the perfect personality for that job. Only one more suited would be bun-bun so that telemarketers and robo-callers would get what’s coming to them.

I think that she expected the chaos would be finite and end at some point. That it did not is what concerned her here, not normality, or lack thereof, itself.
But who knows? Great health benefits have certainly tempted more to do less.
