I never understood why this was an old relaxation trick. Wouldn’t picturing everyone in their underwear just make you feel even more awkward and uncomfortable? It can’t be just me.

I just discovered this strip and am enjoying it thoroughly. It’s made me laugh a lot and that alone makes me a fan. The artwork and plots are first rate as well. I have bookmarked it and await future updates. Keep up the excellent work.

I think the original idea behind picturing the audience in their skivvies was to make them as vulnerable as the speaker was feeling; to take them down a bit and make them less scary. But that clearly doesn’t work very well. Maybe it’s better for kids cos underwear is silly..?
