The story focuses on Colbey, a survivor of a cataclysmic disaster that has wiped out the vast majority of humanity. Reduced to violent gangs and marauders, many other survivors will resort to anything to stay alive. One city has reportedly rebuilt itself, and stands as the last bastion of civilization.
