It’s a new week, so let’s look at a new featured comic!
Fantastic and Frightening Futures features teenage mummy detectives, ghosts, and a future based entirely on what people from the 1800’s envisioned what the modern world would would be. And, yes, it really delivers on that premise!

I don’t blame her for picking a Soccer Mom look, They’re HOT!!!
By Renadt Mon Oct 23rd 2017 at 7:12 am
Quite literally, in her case.

Yep.

It is also brilliant. Any social faux pas can be blamed on “soccer mum failing to seem young and cool.”

And for some reason, she’s got blue hair (you gotta have blue hair!)

This has possibilities.

they look cute together

Only the second reason is a valid one.
By JuaSaysHi Mon Oct 23rd 2017 at 5:00 pm
Huh, I was thinking only the *first* reason is valid. Unless she likes him so much a drink paid for by anyone else just wouldn’t taste right.
Why is she broke, anyway? She seems far too devious to ever be broo-ooooh, wait, I see what she did there.

She bought all of those crappy dvds instead of stealing them like a normal person.

You know that old saying “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”?
Yeeeeaaah, i think we might have the nuclear version here.

That has got to be the most interesting pick up line I’ve heard in a while!

I cant decide if her making the mage take her out AND pay is forced chivallry, anit feminism or staight up feminism lol.

Well, even a reasonable shot at having a major demon decide that it likes you and possibly owes you a few favors could be worth a lot more than money to a mage – and with the courtroom shenanigans the Paralegal gets away with I really can’t see him actually being short of money unless he basically recharges his magic by tossing heaps of it into a bonfire.
By Fajuf Tue Oct 24th 2017 at 11:59 pm
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the paralegal’s magic actually id require burning money.

An evil demon entranced with the mortal realm and a lawyer wizard who is in need of some meds go on a date cause the former is forcing latter… guess we could squeeze in some kind of bet and a few wacky friends to complete the Rom-Com.
